The very suspicious attitude of CWA workers , they do not take my water readings on purpose and throw the CWA bill like a piece of dirt into my garden. The critical days 10/11th of each month I let my gate open, they still do not come to take readings, and throw the bill sometimes even at night on the 11th ,sometimes on a later day, but the bill is still dated 11th of the months and they write ‘gate closed’. WHY DO the CWA do this ?
I ask the Hon Minister of Energy and Public Utilities and both sides of Parliament kindly to take note : Same as SBM matter, it is not me who is searching for problems. No respect for population , provocation and a Mutiny.11th November 2023
